The summer brings out your insecurities about your body…but trust me no need to worry about your thighs, stomachs, or arms. You just need to find the best swimsuit
Smaller on Top
- Try tops with padding, or an under wire,
- Look for adjustable straps at shoulders and around back so that you can tighten your bust.
- Avoid tops with too much fabric
- Your best bet is to look for separates instead of a pair

Bigger on Top
- Get a top with under wire
- Try Halter-top bikinis they give more cleavage
- A top that is banded around the midriff and can be tied in back and around the neck. Will give you some lift and will allow you to make adjustments for a personal fit.
- One-piece swimsuits with soft foam cups
- Wide shoulder straps will also be much more comfortable than thin, spaghetti straps.
- Avoid strapless bandeau tops and tri-tops because those have litter coverage.
Short Legs or Torso
- Find a suit that cuts high on the thigh. This will make your leg look much longer. This cut will show your smaller waist.
- Wear a solid bottom bikini with a printed top. This will draw the eye upward and give you a longer look.
- Avoid boy shorts and skirted bikinis…they make you look shorter.
Butt and thighs
- If you have a toned butt and thighs then you don’t have to worry. But this is one of the hardest body parts for women
- Find shorts or miniskirts to cover your bottom area
- Have a en elastic waistband it covers your love handles
- You can wear a solid color and a printed top, avoid extreme colors because they will attract attention to that area.
Long Body Shape
- You can wear all types of embellishments on your bust line and hips. ( Ties, bows , rings)
- Find crazy colors, they create attention to your entire body
- The best one piece for your body is the ones that are all cut up.
- For your bottoms you can wear boy shorts and ruffle skirts.
- Please don’t wear vertical stripes and dark solid colors.
Plus size
- The best are V neckline one pieces with lace, spanx, or mesh inserts.
- Wrap it up with a cute sheer sarong
- Best colors are cool and warm colors, swirling, or V patterns. (Try a swimsuit that has dark color on the sides and a pattern in the torso area
Avoid white, as well as bright, neon fabrics
Too Much Tummy
- Ok, another part of the body that has gotten a lot of attention. The newest technology has put control panels in tops that have actually worked.
- Try a one piece that has slimming control
- Try a tankini that covers and still looks fierce
- Try different colors but its best to have similar color throughout
- Avoid wearing tight tops or tri-tops because you may not like how it looks.
